    1. USMC report - problem: how to distribute information to all campuses? Consensus: send link to minutes
    2. Site description for individual campuses: Adrienne, an MSP student will be handling this
  4. Vice-President's Report-Andrea
  5. Secretary's Report-Moe - will look into putting composite pictures online
  6. Treasurer's Report-Shaunté
    1. Reimbursements and budgets - Moe will email out form to fill out
    2. Hand in budgets
  7. Education Policy Committee Report
    1. Basic Sciences-Rob: Ray submitted a proposal for an online streaming
    2. Clinical Affairs Report- Kevin: Ben-Ware and quick scores are great
    3. Student Progress and Promotions Report-Cole: no December meeting
  8. Executive Committee Report-Adam/Kara: email Adam if you want to add any items to the agenda
  9. Library Committee Report-Sheema
  10. Formal Committee Report-Andrea/Moe: no keg, transportation yes
  11. Fundraising Committee Report- Shaunté /Bill/Cole
    1. Wrap up: bags have been reprinted and will be distributed
  12. Outreach Committee Report- Cole: battle of the sexes? Help with the PSR coat drive? Relay for Life team to team up with Hermes?

    1. Variety/Talent show: lets get organized! See who would like to help (email)
    2. Leadership Certification Program: certification/retreat?
    3. Auction: combine with Variety show? Rob/Kara will be on committee, tentatively February 6th or 13th, perhaps at the canopy club?

    1. TA evaluation/assignments: survey students to see how TA's match up - Dean Kies involved in evaluations - will discuss next time
    2. Cadaver memorial? Find speakers, Get program from Martha and Cd from Jim
    3. Ray wants to survey students on technology (can catch meetings and classes online) and policies (professionalism, UofI mascot, and apparel) - get input to show to faculty for future classes - secret ballot - vote was NAY (8 no, 2 yes) to support this survey
