UMSG sold 56 bumper stickers – money has been deposited

Rob: computer based testing concerns were voiced at committee meeting – nothing will change.

Sheema: met with librarian to extend hours – two weeks before finals will be open until 10 pm – longer hours week before exam will be looked into – also look into the week

Apparel Sale – sent out email, people will be ordering soon Friday for students (by Wed. 22nd for parents) will be ordered through Peoria dealer – will meet to bag orders sometime during December.

Water bottles – will do separate from apparel sale, will look into coffee travel mugs; Revisit idea; take tally of people who want them

Cole – food drive for students, do something bigger in the spring – perhaps do drive girls vs. boys women in transition and homeless men drive –
- Social Activity – Dec. 2nd - perhaps do Old Orchard Bowling alley – Rob will organize it – reserve lanes etc. Kara will email the people
- Variety Show – Martha is pumped for this – Lincoln Hall Theater / Greg Hall may be better – when, where?
- Leadership Certification Program – will revisit
- Spring meetings – will meet at 6 pm
- Auction – tentatively Jan. 30th
