Spring Formal
• Anisha Shetty and Cherie Siu will co-chair, but would like any information from previous years
• Tentative scheduled for March 15 (Sat) or 14 (Fri)
Annual College of Medicine Auction
• Monday, January 27th, 7pm, 02 E Main
• Sal Naidu is the chairwoman and is working on donation forms, fliers, etc
• Ted Bailey to find auctioneer
M1 Exam schedule survey
• Akhil Gulati will put something together for February
Family weekend
• Official family weekend was cut due to budget constraints
• discussion of alternative ways to host the event lead to an inability to even find an open weekend suitable for the event and the idea was abandoned
Variety Show
• Tentatively Friday March 7th in the MSB auditorium
• Doug Leone and LaPrecious Harrold will chair
• email "feelers" to gage interest of the student body
• a piano/keyboard will likely need to be rented
Med School-X school mixer
• Hershey Reddy is still working on a social event with the law or business school
Peoria/Rockford Exchange
• Adrian Cordovi will make contacts at this Saturday's UMSC meeting in Peoria
There were no committee meetings because of the holiday.
