NPCW is an annual event to
highlight the importance of primary care and to bring health care professionals
together to discuss and learn about generalist and interdisciplinary health
care, particulary its impact on and importance to underserved populations. An
initiative for ALL health profession students, NPCW 2001 seeks to build on the
U.S. Surgeon General's Healthy People 2010, so that students from different
health professions can work together.
