Urban Health Program
Mission Statement
The University of Illinois College of Medicine continues its strong commitment in training a diverse physician work force. We are particularly interested in admitting and graduating individuals from underrepresented minority groups, whose goals include community service. The Urban Health Program (UHP) aims to achieve the objective of serving the health care needs of underserved communities in Illinois and in the nation.
