Summer Registration Information

The University of Illinois at Chicago’s registration system has changed to UI2 Self-Service. Traditional medical students register only at the Chicago campus.

June 20 , 2008 - Chicago Campus Summer Registration Deadline

Note: Use of Internet Explorer or Netscape for online registration is recommended.

How to register

  1. Be sure you know your EnterpriseID
    • If you are unsure whether you have set up your EnterpriseID, try logging in here. Follow the directions on the page to create an EnterpriseID if needed.
    • For help with issues concerning your EnterpriseID and EnterpriseID password, contact the AITS Help Desk at 333–3102 or helpdesk2@uillinois.edu.
  2. If registration eligibility lists any holds, contact the appropriate office immediately to clear the holds. You may view a description and reason for each hold, as well as instructions on how to remove the hold, on the View Holds page of UI2 Self-Service. If you have additional questions regarding holds, please contact Robbin Burge at rburge@uiuc.edu or 333-5472.
  3. Please update your address and personal information in the Student Self-Service system.  Also, be aware that the University does not send paper refund checks for financial aid or other reimbursements so you must sign up for Direct Deposit (also in the self-service system).
  4. When you are ready to register access the Student Self-Service registration system.

    Hold Information

    You should contact the following offices for holds:

    Immunizations

    Call the Immunization Office at UIC at 312-413-0464 or check online at https://ims7.admin.uillinois.edu/webmediease (you will need your Enterprise ID and password to access the system) to find out what specifically you are missing/needing.  If you need additional immunizations, visit McKinley or other health care provider to receive same.  Bring proof of this immunization to Robbin Burge and ask that she forward it to Chicago.

    Transcripts

    Please call the SA/MSP Office at 217-333-8146 if you are missing a transcript.

    Financial

    In order to remove this hold, please either contact UIUC Student Accounts at 333-2180 with questions or UIC Financial Aid Office at 312-413-0127 depending on the nature of your financial hold.  Please log into your student account and click view holds to determine the nature of your hold.

    If you believe there is an error in billing, please contact Jim Hall at either 217-333-8146 or jimhall@uiuc.edu as soon as possible if you have not done so already.

    We understand that this can be a frustrating process and we certainly appreciate your patience.  We do want to help make this process as easy as possible for you and we thank you in advance for taking the time to get your holds released so that you can get registered.

    Financial Counselor

    In order to remove this hold click www.sfs.uic.edu/ and complete the on-line financial counselor program that is available on this website.  Please allow 24 hours for your hold to be lifted.  You may also call UIC loans at 312-413-0303 if you need further information.
